Express Yourself: Ted Lasso

Full Course Title:
Express Yourself: The Ted Lasso Way

In this course we will be watching the popular show Ted Lasso and using the life lessons from the show as our guide for the semester. This course draws inspiration from the series, exploring a variety of life lessons and skills applicable to college and everyday life. We will be exploring principles of positivity, community building, empathy, resilience, wellness, diversity, and more. We will use a combination of lecture, group discussions, and expressive arts activities to dive deep into these themes and cultivate the essential skills needed for success in college and beyond. No prior art experience or experience in expressive arts is required; this is about personal expression, not the end product.
